Job Description

As a Senior Growth Marketing Manager at Twigeo, you'll own the growth strategy and scale campaigns for some of the world's leading brands. We are trusted by globally recognized brands such as Duolingo, The New York Times, and MyFitnessPal, alongside high-growth apps and digital subscription businesses across diverse markets. Working with clients at this level makes Twigeo a place where people grow fast. You can see it in where our alumni are today, at companies like Snap, Meta, TikTok, and Tandem Health. We're at a point where we want people who don't just run the playbook. If you've been the person on your team pushing new tools, testing AI workflows, and questioning how things have always been done, this is for you. You'll work on ambitious growth opportunities with a global team across New York, Los Angeles, Stockholm, and Varna, with the freedom (and expectation) to push things forward, and you'll never celebrate the wins alone.

Job Responsibility

  • Independently managing performance campaigns with a strong focus on Search (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads) and paid social. Including budget pacing and allocation to invest spend effectively against client goals
  • Structuring, scaling, and optimizing Search campaigns across keywords, bidding strategies, and account structure to drive efficient growth
  • Leading client accounts end-to-end as the trusted strategic advisor, owning the relationship. Guiding partners through complex growth and measurement decisions, and being accountable for the results we deliver
  • Pushing how we work forward by testing new tools, AI workflows, and channel approaches on your accounts, and bringing what works to the wider team
  • Coaching junior team members to master their channels and teaming up with creatives to test bold hooks

Requirements

  • Several years of hands-on experience managing and optimizing Search Engine Marketing (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads), along with a broader background in performance or growth marketing
  • Strong business acumen, allowing you to understand how campaign levers impact the wider business
  • Comfortable managing strict budget pacing and have strong measurement fluency (understanding attribution, tracking, and reporting nuances)
  • Ability to turn CAC, ROAS, and complex metrics into clear stories clients understand and act on
  • Highly motivated to learn and improve quickly, with a strong sense of ownership over your development
  • Actively seeking feedback comes naturally, and you use it to continuously raise your level
  • You're looking for a place where you shape how the work gets done, not just where you slot in
  • You bring ideas, you push for them, and you don't wait to be invited
  • You're not waiting for someone to hand you better tools, you enjoy improving how work gets done, experimenting with new technologies like AI, and sharing smarter ways of working with the team
  • You can point to concrete examples. A new tool, AI workflow, or method you've built or introduced in the last 12 months, and the impact others saw from it

What we offer

  • 30 paid vacation days to recharge
  • A wellness contribution 5000 SEK/yearly to support your well-being
  • A hybrid working model that balances collaboration and flexibility
  • Growth opportunities in a global environment that encourages skill development and innovation

  • 15+ years of engineering experience, including 6+ years of people management at a pre-IPO startup, scale-up or frontier tech company, and at least 2 years of managing managers. Strong IC track record before management
  • You’ve run an engineering organization of 30+ with managers and senior engineers reporting in. You can speak concretely about how you structured the org, how you hired up to that scale, and what you’d do differently
  • Still hands-on at the Tech Lead level: you can pick up an unfamiliar codebase, design and ship a non-trivial change, run an incident, and review code at a high bar. You haven’t let your engineering muscle atrophy
  • You’ve thought hard about humans and AI agents on the same team. What humans should and shouldn’t delegate. How productivity gets measured when the unit of work is shifting. Strong opinions, lightly held
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving clarity at an organisational level, not just technically. You write the doc that aligns three teams instead of waiting for someone else to
  • Deep technical credibility in at least one area - full-stack product (React/TypeScript + Go/Rust), platform and developer experience (Kubernetes, sandboxing, observability, CI/CD, application frameworks), or applied AI (training, evals, agent systems, model serving)
  • Cross-functional to your core and business-fluent: you work seamlessly across design, product, and go-to-market, and know how to bring people along with you
  • andable to reason end-to-end about unit economics, product strategy, GTM, and customer outcomes
  • Track record of building and growing teams: you’ve hired senior engineers others wanted to work with, grown managers under you who became great in their own right, and set up career growth and performance practices that didn’t require constant maintenance. People follow you between companies
  • Based in Stockholm or London or ready to relocate — this is an on-site, 5-days-a-week role
Job Responsibility
Job Responsibility
  • Run the engineering organization that builds Lovable - humans and agents both - and stay close enough to the work to be the senior engineer in the room when it matters
  • Lead engineering. Product, platform, and applied AI under one roof. Own the roadmap and the business outcomes the org is on the hook for
  • Set technical direction across the org: drive the design docs and architectural decisions that span teams, push back hard on weak plans (including your own), and hold a high bar for what ships
  • Shape engineering culture: how we ship, how we write code, how we hire, how we deploy agents. Set norms that outlast any single project
  • Ship fast: at Lovable the question is always "how fast can we get this to users?" You bias toward production and pull research, prototypes, and experiments into reality on the order of days and weeks, not quarters
  • Build the operating model for an engineering org where humans and AI agents work side by side. We’re inventing this in public, and you’ll set the patterns the rest of the company learns from
  • Operate as a peer to the executive team. Own outcomes that span beyond engineering, make the company's biggest calls alongside the rest of leadership, and translate them back into engineering work that matters
