As we continue to expand, we are seeking a skilled and motivated Senior Performance Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team.

Job Responsibility:

  • Collaborate with our mid-level performance team to strategize, execute, and analyze Google Ads and Social Media campaigns
  • Take an active role in monitoring and optimizing the daily, weekly, and monthly performance of SEM, display, video, and social media campaigns, aligning closely with the KPIs of the brands we serve
  • Measure and report the performance of Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns, offering valuable insights for continuous improvement
  • Manage daily budgets and spending pacing, providing comprehensive budget recommendations for enhanced campaign outcomes
  • Play a key role in documenting campaign best practices and conducting rigorous tests to refine and apply winning strategies to our overall approach
  • Work closely with internal and external teams to create exceptional ads, infusing creativity into every aspect of the campaigns
  • Foster a harmonious relationship with internal teams, agencies, and vendors to ensure seamless coordination and project success
  • Contribute to the development of innovative ideas and cutting-edge strategies to elevate our clients’ performance and achieve remarkable results.

Requirements:

  • At least 3-4 years of proven experience in performance marketing, preferably in a digital agency setting
  • Hands-on experience in planning, executing, and optimizing SEM and social media ad campaigns with a focus on eCommerce objectives and KPIs
  • Solid knowledge and proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Facebook Business Manager, or mobile analytics platforms such as Adjust and AppsFlyer
  • Proficient in MS Excel and Google Sheets, capable of leveraging data to make informed decisions
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach, combined with a problem-solving mindset
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and proficiency in English (at least B1 level)
  • A passion for research, innovation, and an analytical mindset to stay ahead in the ever-evolving digital landscape
  • High energy level, self-motivated, and committed to continuous learning and improvement
  • Effective time management, communication, and presentation skills to work seamlessly within our collaborative environment
