We are looking for a Senior People Systems & Insights Partner to act as the functional lead and trusted advisor for a complex HRIS ecosystem. This is a level 7 leadership role where you will drive the HRIS roadmap, lead complex integrations, and 'manage upwards' with senior executives to influence workforce analytics and employee experience. Job Responsibility:
Provide expert advice on HRIS strategy, governance, and roadmap planning to ensure systems meet evolving business needs
Lead the design and implementation of complex integrations between Workday, Aurion, and other enterprise systems while driving automation initiatives
Govern all Workday and Aurion configuration, including business processes, security, and legislative compliance through controlled change management
Act as the functional lead for major HRIS projects, including new module deployments, upgrades, and supporting organisation-wide change management
Build organisational capability by coaching team members and fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement
Requirements:
Expert-level experience in HRIS platforms, specifically Workday and Aurion, including advanced configuration and security
Proven ability to lead complex HRIS projects from inception to delivery, including vendor and stakeholder engagement
Demonstrated strategic thinking with the ability to influence senior leaders on HRIS governance and optimisation
Strong analytical skills with experience in advanced reporting, predictive analytics, and developing executive-level dashboards
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of managing sensitive issues and driving consensus
