Are you a high-impact HRIS leader who thrives at the intersection of technical excellence and strategic influence? We are looking for a Senior People Systems & Insights Partner to act as the functional lead and trusted advisor for a complex HRIS ecosystem. This is a level 7 leadership role where you will drive the HRIS roadmap, lead complex integrations, and 'manage upwards' with senior executives to influence workforce analytics and employee experience. If you enjoy a mix of deep technical configuration and high-level stakeholder management, this is the role for you.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide expert advice on HRIS strategy, governance, and roadmap planning to ensure systems meet evolving business needs
  • Lead the design and implementation of complex integrations between Workday, Aurion, and other enterprise systems while driving automation initiatives
  • Govern all Workday and Aurion configuration, including business processes, security, and legislative compliance through controlled change management
  • Act as the functional lead for major HRIS projects, including new module deployments, upgrades, and supporting organisation-wide change management
  • Build organisational capability by coaching team members and fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement

Requirements:

  • Expert-level experience in HRIS platforms, specifically Workday and Aurion, including advanced configuration and security
  • Proven ability to lead complex HRIS projects from inception to delivery, including vendor and stakeholder engagement
  • Demonstrated strategic thinking with the ability to influence senior leaders on HRIS governance and optimisation
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in advanced reporting, predictive analytics, and developing executive-level dashboards
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of managing sensitive issues and driving consensus
