As a Senior P&C Business Partner you will partner closely with executives and senior leaders within your portfolio to shape and execute the business strategy through a people and organisational lens. You will act as a trusted advisor and enable success through building leadership capability, driving engagement, and delivering business outcomes through people. You’ll deliver value-add solutions across a range of HR areas including, talent and succession management, performance management, organisation design, change management, capability development, employee engagement and employee relations.
Job Responsibility

Requirements
Proven experience implementing effective, commercially minded people strategies, ideally across a financial services organisation or similar
Ability to navigate an agile environment with influence
Strong track record of building trusted relationships with leaders and coaching them through people matters
