This isn't a traditional generalist role. We are looking for a Strategic HR Partner to serve as the dedicated lead for the CIO and CFO portfolios. You will be the bridge between technical infrastructure and human performance, ensuring that as the product scales, the talent engine keeps pace.
Job Responsibility:
Partner with the CIO & CFO: Act as a high-velocity coach and advisor to the SLT, translating a complex product roadmap into a robust talent strategy
Build Technical Credibility: understand the nuances of engineering culture, the shift toward AI-driven workflows, and how to manage high-performing technical talent
Drive Organisational Maturity: Design and embed performance frameworks, capability mapping, and engagement initiatives that fit a modern, tech-first environment
Scale with Intent: Partner with the Chief People Officer to evolve the People function
Requirements:
Deep Tech Fluency: significant time embedded within Tech/Product functions
Executive Gravitas: high EQ and objectivity to navigate complex stakeholder dynamics at C-Suite level
Data-Driven Mindset: use metrics to diagnose friction points and iterate on employee experience
