  • Resolve Complex Issues: Provide expert, context-aware guidance on nuanced people matters, including underperformance, complaints, employee disputes, and visa requirements, across multiple markets
  • Think Two Steps Ahead: Anticipate business shifts, identify risks and opportunities early, and shape workforce strategy and planning accordingly
  • Use Data to Influence: Bring clarity through metrics. Use insights to support planning, performance management, compensation, and engagement
  • Improve What We Own: Continuously iterate on our People Systems, and Processes — making them clearer, leaner, and more scalable
  • Deliver at Scale: Own or support the delivery of key people programs, including performance and remuneration cycles, engagement initiatives, audits, and other critical touchpoints - ensuring they land with consistency and impact

Requirements

  • 5+ years in a strategic HR Manager or People Business Partner role within a high-performance environment (e.g. tech, high-growth startup, or consulting)
  • Strong understanding of UK employment law and HR compliance (bonus points for familiarity with German or South African employment frameworks)
