Job Responsibility:
Act as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to senior leaders, aligning people strategies with business objectives and providing practical, data-driven guidance
Own and drive core people cycles: performance management, promotions, talent reviews, and succession planning, ensuring consistency at scale
Lead and resolve complex employee relations and workforce issues, applying sound judgment and a pragmatic understanding of employment law and risk management
Shape and deliver talent strategies for hiring, development, engagement, and retention, leveraging people data and insights to inform decisions
Coach and upskill leaders to build high-performing, inclusive teams and strong leadership capability
Partner with cross-functional leaders in a global environment, navigating ambiguity and change at scale
Continuously improve people processes, leveraging HR systems and data to drive efficiency and scalability
Support organizational change, transformation, and growth initiatives, coaching leaders through periods of change
Requirements:
10+ years of progressive experience in HR/People Partnering roles, with a strong track record supporting senior leaders in fast-growing or complex organizations
Demonstrated experience owning end-to-end people cycles: performance management, promotions, talent reviews, and succession planning
Proven capability handling complex employee relations matters with sound judgment and familiarity with employment legislation and risk management
Experience partnering with cross-functional leaders in global or regional environments, navigating ambiguity and change at scale
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or a related field
Nice to have:
Advanced HR qualifications or certifications (e.g., CIPD, SHRM, or equivalent)
Experience working in high-growth technology or fintech organizations
Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills
Proactive, resourceful, and able to solve complex problems
Experience leveraging HR systems and people data to inform decisions and drive process improvements
