Senior People Partner (HRBP)

Job Responsibility

  • Forge dynamic partnerships with your assigned department leaders, becoming their go-to advisor for all things scaling – from organizational design to talent management
  • Play a pivotal role in learning & development projects like our Global Leadership & Management Program
  • Conduct strategic projects around career path, career development, internal & external benchmarks, comp & ben
  • Working efficiently with People Ops around admin & payroll topics, and with Talent Acquisition around salary negotiation and salary grids and internal mobilities process
  • Guide all over the year our headcount planning and organizational structuring, collaborating closely with the leadership, Finance, and People teams
  • Partner with leaders to understand and fulfill the talent requirements of their teams, ensuring we have the right people in the right places
  • Empower our managers through expert advice on a spectrum of employee matters, from performance management to complex employee relations issues
  • Work alongside the global People Team to conceive, design, and execute key strategic People initiatives. This includes leading annual performance and compensation reviews, and engaging in feedback through surveys

Requirements

  • 6-8 years in a strategic HR Business Partner role with a proven track record of influencing and coaching managers at all levels
  • Demonstrated success in fast-paced, high-growth environments where adaptability and enthusiasm for new challenges are essential
  • Experience designing and leading complex people programs and projects to successful completion
  • History of owning performance management, employee relations, and strategic workforce planning initiatives
  • Strategic thinking and business acumen
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities
