Partner with leaders to understand and fulfill the talent requirements of their teams, ensuring we have the right people in the right places
Empower our managers through expert advice on a spectrum of employee matters, from performance management to complex employee relations issues
Work alongside the global People Team to conceive, design, and execute key strategic People initiatives. This includes leading annual performance and compensation reviews, and engaging in feedback through surveys
Requirements:
6-8 years in a strategic HR Business Partner role with a proven track record of influencing and coaching managers at all levels
Demonstrated success in fast-paced, high-growth environments where adaptability and enthusiasm for new challenges are essential
Experience designing and leading complex people programs and projects to successful completion
History of owning performance management, employee relations, and strategic workforce planning initiatives
Strategic thinking and business acumen
Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities
Hands-on approach with strong execution mindset
Project management and change management expertise
