We are looking for an experienced People Partner (HR Business Partner) to join PA Consulting in Copenhagen with nearly 200 professionals. Your role in the People team is to shape the people experience in Denmark and contribute to nordic and regional People priorities. Reporting to the Head of People, Nordics & Netherlands, you will work closely with regional People teams and global HR Centres of Excellence. You will advise the Danish leadership team, support selected Nordic stakeholders, and help deliver the regional people strategy. We want someone who can help create an inclusive and high-performing consulting culture where people thrive to enable our continued growth in the region. The ideal candidate combines strategic advisory with a willingness to deliver day-to-day People support across local, regional, and global priorities.
Job Responsibility
Act as a strategic advisor on People matters to the Danish leadership team and selected Nordic leaders, helping to deliver key People priorities in line with regional and global direction
Support local engagement, well-being and leadership initiatives in partnership with the Danish and Nordic leadership teams
Coordinate People initiatives in Denmark to support culture, grow capability and ensure an effective HR delivery, working closely with the regional People team and global HR Centres of Excellence
Advice on employee relations, wellbeing, inclusion and belonging, and partner with line managers on performance, development and people management
Help improve regional People processes and policies with opportunities to broaden your skills by contributing to regional and global HR initiatives
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field
Experience as a People Partner or HR Business Partner ideally from consulting or professional services
Working knowledge of Danish employment law and HR practices
Experience supporting People strategy and transformation while comfortable in a matrix organisation with multiple stakeholders and changing priorities
Effective interpersonal and clear communication skills with the ability to connect and build trust with senior stakeholders
Full professional fluency in both Danish and English is essential
Well-developed organisational skills to balance a broad range of tasks and priorities using Power Point and Excel in addition to our core system, Workday
