We are looking for a passionate Senior People Manager to join our People Team here at Butlins Bognor. This is a very hands on role. At Butlin’s, we’re all about fun, excitement, and adventure by the bucketload! Job Responsibility:

  • Responsible for all people related activity across the Bognor Resort including employee relations, talent management and learning and development
  • Work alongside your team to manage and deliver change projects across the resort
  • Coach and develop the team to deliver the Butlin’s people strategy of Get, Grow, Keep
  • Integral part of the Resort Leadership team

Requirements:

  • Experienced Senior HR professional
  • Demonstrable experience in a similar role within a large or multi-site environment
  • Experience of developing, planning and delivering strategy for all HR specialisms
  • Ability to prioritise and drive the teams’ activities accordingly
  • Ability to develop and manage ways of working, staying up to date with best practice and legal developments and translating these into innovative, meaningful and effective changes
  • Ability to confidently communicate at all levels, building valuable relationships across the business
  • Strong leadership skills, confident in inspiring your team to deliver amazing results
  • Mindset, the ability to understand and connect to our culture and values and the drive to learn quickly
  • Enjoy a fast-paced environment and working in an agile way
  • Ability to work some weekends
