We are looking for a Senior People Management Specialist to take a pivotal position within our People & Culture team. As a strategic partner to our leadership, you will balance business priorities with a strong focus on employee advocacy, advising on HR strategy, organizational development, and multi-country people operations. Based in Warsaw, you will be part of a global team operating across Poland, Portugal, and Spain, ensuring local execution while maintaining global alignment. You will collaborate closely with leaders and cross functional teams, acting as the primary HR partner in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. In a fast-paced and evolving environment, you will act as the primary HR partner to the business and a key link to the broader People & Culture community. Job Responsibility
Global HR Strategy: Ensure consistent implementation of global HR strategies and processes across the different offices, with a strong focus on Poland, by aligning global objectives and local compliance requirements
Regional Integration: Coordinate and integrate HR activities between Poland, Portugal, and Spain to foster collaboration and efficiency
Policy Localization: Adapt global HR policies to meet local market needs in Poland, Portugal, and Spain while maintaining compliance
HR Systems Implementation: Prepare and execute a strategy for implementing and managing HR systems, with hands-on experience in HRIS deployment and integrated dashboards
Analytics & Reporting: Create analytical reports and present insights to the management team to support strategic decision-making
Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning: Lead and support end-to-end recruitment for key positions, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience. Manage workforce planning processes aligned with business growth and team structures
HR Legal Compliance & Advisory: Ensure all HR practices comply with Polish labor law and EU employment regulations. Advise leaders on HR legal matters, including employment contracts, role changes, terminations, employee relations, working time rules, benefits compliance, and GDPR considerations
Culture, Engagement & Employee Experience: Champion initiatives that strengthen team engagement, cross-country collaboration, and cultural alignment. Act as a point of trust for employees, supporting positive and productive working relationships
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Demonstrated experience partnering with senior leaders in a fast-paced, high-change, matrix organization
Strong knowledge of Polish labor law and a solid understanding of EU employment regulations, with the ability to interpret legislation and translate it into practical HR guidance
Strong understanding of global HR strategies, compliance requirements, and HR systems, with proven experience implementing HRIS solutions
Ability to manage multi-country HR processes and adapt policies to local contexts
Exceptional analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Fluency in English & Polish
