We are looking for a talented "Senior People & Culture Specialist” to join our energetic and highly motivated team.
Job Responsibility:
Own and execute end-to-end People & Culture processes across the employee lifecycle
Own full-cycle recruitment processes with a strong focus on quality and candidate experience
Design, implement, and improve scalable HR processes and policies
Act as a trusted People & Culture partner for managers and leadership
Contribute to employee experience, engagement, and culture initiatives
Support compensation and benefits processes
Take part in company-wide People & Culture projects supporting growth and scale
Requirements:
7+ years of experience in People & Culture / HR roles, preferably in high-growth tech or digital companies
Experience and knowledge in fast paced recruitment processes
Proven ability to build and scale HR processes and policies
Experience working as a high-ownership individual contributor
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
High adaptability in a fast-paced environment
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with high attention to detail
Ability to translate data into meaningful insights and actionable recommendations
Comfortable working in fast-paced, data-driven, product-focused environments
