Job Description

We're looking for more than just an HR expert—we want a strategic partner who can empower our leaders and drive meaningful business impact through people-centered solutions. Think of this role as part strategist, coach, and culture champion. This role will operate on a team of Business Partners, reporting into a function-dedicated manager. You’ll work side-by-side with Revenue senior leaders to build high-performing teams, shape the employee experience, and ensure our people strategy is always one step ahead of business need.

Job Responsibility

  • Partner with senior leaders to align people strategies with business goals
  • Use people data to illuminate trends, influence decisions, and fuel action across teams and functions
  • Proactively coach and support leaders in performance management, talent development, and effective team leadership
  • Collaborate across P&C specialties to design and deliver programs that engage, develop, and retain top talent
  • Navigate sensitive employee relations matters with confidence and care
  • Lead initiatives in organizational design, workforce strategy, performance, coaching, team planning, and employee relations
  • Continuously improve our people processes and challenge the status quo with smarter, more human solutions
  • Facilitate leadership meetings, team off-sites, and cultural moments that spark connection and clarity

Requirements

  • 5+ years as a strategic HR Business Partner partnering with senior leaders in global, fast-paced environments
  • A natural coach who knows how to grow leadership capability and navigate change with ease
  • Proven success collaborating with cross-functional HR teams to deliver end-to-end talent solutions
  • Hands-on experience running cross-functional, global HR projects
  • Deep fluency in org design, performance, development, engagement, and employee relations
  • Confident in analyzing and presenting people data to influence senior stakeholders
  • Comfortable leading multiple initiatives simultaneously in a dynamic, tech-driven workplace
  • Hands-on proficiency with tools like Dayforce, CultureAmp, Greenhouse, Slack, Zoom, and MS Office
  • Well-versed in employment laws and compliance and open to learning about new regions
