Requirements:
10+ years of HR experience
6-8 years as a People Business Partner
Experience supporting Sales teams in high-growth tech environments
Deep HR expertise including employment law, compliance, and organizational effectiveness
Strong coaching and advisory skills
Ability to navigate ambiguity and build structure in fast-paced environments
