Norfolk & Waveney Mind are recruiting an experienced and proactive Senior People & Culture Advisor to join our team and play a key role in shaping a positive future for the charity.
Job Responsibility:
Provide expert HR guidance
Lead on complex employee relations cases
Support managers to create an inclusive, supportive, and high‑performing culture
Influence strategic People & Culture initiatives
Ensure policies remain compliant and aligned with values
Use HR data to drive continuous improvement
Contribute to organisation‑wide projects
Support change programmes
Work closely with the Learning and Development Training team to strengthen management capability
Requirements:
CIPD Level 5 or 5+ years’ senior HR advisory experience
Strong generalist HR background
Extensive experience managing complex ER cases
Advising on a wide range of HR matters
Contributing to broader HR disciplines such as reward, training & development, workforce planning and change
Up‑to‑date employment law knowledge
Experience supervising HR staff
Commitment to improving staff wellbeing
Understanding of challenges faced by the charity sector around pay, recruitment and retention
Experience working in multi‑agency environments and with diverse stakeholders is highly desirable
Must hold a valid UK driving licence
Have access to own vehicle with business insurance
Nice to have:

What we offer:
Mileage is paid at 45p per mile for cars after your home to work base mileage is deducted
