Job Description:

You will play a key role in analyzing workforce trends, building HR dashboards, strengthening our HR systems, and supporting strategic people projects. Your insights will guide leadership decisions, support organizational planning, and contribute to creating an exceptional employee experience.

Job Responsibility:

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret people data across workforce planning, performance, compensation, benefits, and engagement
  • Develop dashboards, reports, and data visualizations for leadership and HR partners
  • Monitor People KPIs and identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities
  • Maintain and optimize HRIS and other HR technology platforms
  • Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across all systems
  • Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes and improve data flows
  • Ensure compliance with internal HR policies and labor regulations
  • Support audits by preparing accurate reports and documentation
  • Partner with HR leadership on workforce planning, organizational design, D&I initiatives, and talent analytics
  • Provide analytical support for compensation reviews, benefits benchmarking, and people strategy projects
  • Help promote a culture of data-driven decision-making across the People team

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
  • 5+ years of experience in HR analytics, people analytics, or a similar data-focused HR role
  • Strong proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills
  • Experience with visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills
  • The ability to prioritize and adapt in a fast-paced, evolving environment
