Lead the charge in establishing a robust people analytics framework, enabling data-driven strategies for talent development, retention, and organizational growth

Oversee the complete cycle of our people data processes, from designing efficient workflows to their execution
Formulate an operational strategy for efficiently managing and addressing spontaneous data inquiries
Convert complex data and analyses into compelling narratives that inform strategic planning and decision-making
Clearly define analytical challenges, predict desired outcomes, set transparent expectations, propose innovative solutions, and ensure thorough follow-through
Requirements
A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in an analytical role, within, people analytics, or a related field
A Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
Proficiency in data querying, analysis, dashboard creation, and visualization techniques, with a strong command of tools such as SQL, Tableau, and Power BI
A solid grasp of measurement methodologies and statistical and predictive analytics, including experience with statistical software such as R, Python, or SPSS
Demonstrated ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights and compelling narratives for a non-technical audience
Experience with HR systems and databases
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality, accurate analytics solutions
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to clearly convey complex concepts to stakeholders at all levels
