Senior People Advisor

• Coaching and supporting managers on employee relations, performance, and development
• Promoting fairness and inclusion across all people processes
• Championing EDI, wellbeing, managing sickness absence and supporting colleagues through life events
• Shaping and simplify policies to make them inclusive and easy to use
• Driving positive change through collaboration and evidence-based decision-making
• Being a culture ambassador, fostering wellbeing, performance, and equity

• CIPD qualified people professional or equivalent experience
• Strong ER casework background
• Up to date knowledge of UK employment law and best practice
• Ability to build long lasting relationships and influence others
• Experience of working in complex or fast paced organisations
• Experience of working for a charity or not for profit organisation (advantageous)
