Are you an experienced HR professional with a passion for employee benefits and pensions? We're working with a leading organisation to find a Senior People Administrator to join their dynamic People team based in Croydon.

Job Responsibility:

  • Support and deputise for the People Administration & Benefits Manager on projects and escalations
  • Manage pension portals and HR systems (e.g., Oracle), ensuring accurate data handling
  • Ensure compliance with GDPR, pension scheme rules, and internal policies
  • Provide training and guidance to People Administrators and other stakeholders
  • Drive process improvements and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement
  • Communicate effectively across departments to deliver timely and professional support

Requirements:

  • Experience in pension administration and employee benefits
  • Strong understanding of HR systems and data compliance (e.g., GDPR)
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools
  • A proactive, detail-oriented approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities

Nice to have:

  • Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • CIPD or CIPP certification is a plus
