As our Technology Consulting Services department continues to expand, we are seeking a Senior Penetration Tester/Red Team Operator to join our team. As a Senior Penetration Tester, your primary responsibility will be to lead and perform ethical hacking assessments, custom penetration testing scenarios, …. A significant portion of your time will be dedicated to Research and Development (R&D) and developing your skills where you will be encouraged to develop new tooling, techniques and perform vulnerability research.
Job Responsibility
Conduct technical exercises including projects initiation, technical security testing and analysis, reporting and result presentations for clients on topics such as Web Application, Mobile Application, Desktop Application, IT Infrastructure, Red-Teaming
Maintain a broad-based technical knowledge in key information security areas
Perform technical research: become an expert in one or several topics of interest (Active Directory, Containers, Web Browsers, OT, IoT, ...)
Discover new vulnerabilities (0days) and publish research
Develop novel attack techniques useful in Red-Teaming engagements
Participate in client needs capture and translation into commercial proposal
Manage and guide junior colleagues in their projects
Effectively translate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Requirements
A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in ICT or equivalent experience
Certifications such as OSCP, CRTO, OSEP, OSED, OSWE, ... are highly desirable
4-5 years of experience in penetration testing/offensive security
Native proficiency in French or Dutch, with excellent verbal and written knowledge of English
Strong personal initiative and a commitment to expanding your technical knowledge
Flexibility and willingness to travel for limited periods if required
Strong teamwork abilities
Creative thinking skills in complex situations (e.g., attempting to bypass security controls)
Effective communication skills with clients
Excellent proficiency with scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell, Bash, etc.
Advanced experience with common penetration testing frameworks and tools
Possession of a valid driving license (category B) is required
Eligibility and preparedness to obtain NATO clearance
