This role will be responsible for processing and validating outsourced Payroll for India and APAC countries. It will provide cover from processing and validating outsourced Payroll for all our payroll regions, while interacting with internal and external stakeholders.
Job Responsibility:
Process and validate outsourced Payroll for India and APAC countries
Provide cover from processing and validating outsourced Payroll for all our payroll regions
Interact with internal and external stakeholders
Perform computations and clerical duties necessary to prepare payroll information for computer input, adjust computer output, and process exception items or those requiring special handling
Respond to inquiries from employees regarding salary deductions and changes in compensation
Operate controls and checking processes pre defined by Management
Prepare, maintain, and compile various payroll records
Low level Vendor Management with regards to payroll cut offs and run deadlines
Act as a payroll policy advisor to department managers and staff
Requirements:
6+ years of experience in APAC and India payroll
Experience of preparing payroll information for computer input, computer output and processing exception items or those requiring special handling
Experience with high volume payroll
Experience dealing with India tax year end
Experience responding to inquiries from employees regarding salary deductions and changes in compensation
Great attention to detail to prepare, maintain, and compile various payroll records
