Job Responsibility:
Producing and distributing of payroll reporting to the organisation and other ad hoc projects
Assisting with all internal and external audits related to payroll
Administration related to employee benefits (Pensions, Benefits in Kind (P11D), and Childcare Vouchers)
Coordinating with our services and our payroll bureau contact to administer statutory payments e.g. SSP, SMP, SPP etc.
Managing Attachment of Earnings Orders with the bureau and handle subsequent payments to local authorities
Completing monthly reporting on payroll costs to Finance and the wider business as required
Calculating additional payments, such as expenses and additional holiday pay
Conducting data interrogation to ensure completeness and consistency of employee records
Requirements:
Have excellent communication skills – verbal and written
Experience with hourly paid employees and with 500+ employees
Experience with benefits in kind and with pension schemes and associated administration
Ability to explain, develop and follow policies and protocols
