Job Description:

Randstad is partnering with a growing business within the care industry for a Senior Payroll Officer role. The position offers competitive pay, hybrid working options, and opportunities for leadership and project involvement.

Job Responsibility:

updating and maintaining employee records
new starter onboarding and employee file maintenance
processing terminations, redundancies and leave
responding to employee queries in a timely manner
award interpretation
handling inquiries and resolving payroll-related issues

Requirements:

5+ years experience in a dedicated payroll position
experience in a medium-high volume environment
high level of attention to detail
full and unlimited Australian working rights
