Job Responsibility:
Implement, maintain, and review ADP payroll processing system to ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll transactions including salaries, benefits, garnishments, taxes, and other deductions
Ensures accurate and timely processing of payroll updates by staff including new hires, terminations, and changes to pay rates
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll, wage, and hour laws and best practices
Facilitate audits by providing records and documentation to auditors
Identify and recommend updates to payroll processing software, systems, and procedures
Knowledge of HR Requirements for Non-Union Buildings
Track benefits for Non-Union Buildings
Respond & Track Local 32BJ Audit Inquires
Track Workman Compensation policies and payments
Understand the rules regarding prevailing wages Audits Local NYC Unions 32BJ, 941 and others NYC Unions

Requirements:
