Job Description:

The primary purpose of the role is to ensure all services in scope deliver a high-quality product within agreed SLA’s. Responsibilities include accurately processing monthly and off-cycle payrolls, ensuring compliance with Malaysian laws, acting as the main contact for payroll queries, recommending process enhancements, and supporting tax reporting.

Requirements:

3 years of relevant experience
strong communication skills
knowledge of HR policies
ability to multitask independently
experience with Hong Kong payroll will be a plus
