SENIOR PAYROLL COORDINATOR – IMMEDIATE OPENING We’re working with a company in Georgetown that specializes in commercial energy solutions and is looking to add a Senior Payroll Coordinator to support their growing payroll team. The company is currently preparing for a Viewpoint to UKG implementation, so they need someone experienced who can jump in and help keep day-to-day payroll operations running smoothly. This is a hands-on payroll role with a busy, collaborative team that values people who are organized, dependable, and solutions oriented.

Job Responsibility:

  • Process in-house payroll from start to finish
  • Review payroll batches, timecards, and payroll data for accuracy
  • Support weekly payroll processing across multiple entities
  • Handle payroll for large employee populations across multiple states
  • Maintain garnishments, deductions, union-related items, and payroll reporting
  • Assist with employee payroll questions and day-to-day payroll support

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of payroll experience
  • True in-house payroll processing experience
  • Experience supporting payroll for 500+ employees
  • Multi-state payroll background
  • Ability to work efficiently in a deadline-driven environment

Nice to have:

  • UKG experience
  • Construction industry exposure
  • Union payroll experience
