Job Responsibility

  • Ensure monthly end-to-end payroll delivery and compliance within your scope
  • Collaborate seamlessly with local payroll specialists to rapidly absorb historical context
  • Actively reduce single-point dependency within the client's organization through structured documentation of processes, calendars, and key controls
  • Act as backup for adjacent countries where processes and risk profiles allow
  • Support payroll execution in both outsourced and managed payroll environments

Requirements

  • Extensive hands-on experience with payroll delivery across multiple European countries
  • In-depth understanding of end-to-end payroll processes, statutory deadlines, and risk management
  • Solid experience with outsourced or managed payroll environments—ideally paired with strong practical and technical ADP experience
  • A proven ability to step directly into delivery and provide immediate, practical support
  • Fluency in English (local language skills are a significant advantage)
