Job Responsibility:
Processing end-to-end payroll for a portfolio of clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance
Handling complex payroll queries and providing expert advice on PAYE, pensions, and statutory deductions
Supporting bookkeeping tasks, including reconciliation's and transaction processing
Building strong client relationships and delivering exceptional service
Working closely with the wider team to continuously improve processes and efficiencies
Requirements:
Experience in payroll processing within an accountancy practice or bureau environment
Knowledge of payroll software such as Sage Payroll or Xero Payroll
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines effectively
Excellent communication skills to liaise with clients and colleagues
A proactive and adaptable mindset, keen to develop and grow within the firm
