Job Responsibility:

  • Oversee timely payroll operations across Europe and APAC, ensuring alignment with the global payroll calendar
  • Maintain compliance with local regulations and escalate recurring issues during monthly reviews with third-party providers
  • Review and approve payroll input collation, resolving discrepancies with the HR Shared Services Payroll team
  • Act as the key liaison between the business, HR, and payroll providers, handling escalations and resolving payroll-related issues
  • Support internal and external payroll audits, ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Lead and mentor junior payroll advisors, fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives, identifying process efficiencies and aligning practices with global standards
  • Manage benefits administration, ensuring timely handling of employee benefits
  • Take ownership of complex payroll escalations, providing senior-level resolutions as needed
