Senior Patent Prosecution Attorney

• Draft and prosecute complex U.S. patent applications in the areas of AI, machine learning, cryptographic systems, blockchain infrastructure, and decentralized exchanges (DEXs)
• Strategically navigate subject matter eligibility issues and respond to USPTO Office Actions involving software and algorithmic claims
• Conduct invention disclosure interviews and collaborate directly with engineers and technical leads
• Analyze prior art, assess patentability, and develop prosecution strategies tailored to high-growth, venture-backed clients in emerging tech markets

• 8+ years of U.S. patent prosecution experience, with a focus on software, AI/ML, and FinTech-related technologies
• Deep familiarity with blockchain, cryptocurrency protocols, and decentralized finance (DeFi) platforms
• USPTO registration required
• JD from accredited law school
• Technical background in computer science, electrical engineering, mathematics, or related field preferred
