Job Description:

Join the award-winning team at Pavyllon, the Michelin-starred restaurant by Chef Yannick Alléno, located within the iconic Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane. As Senior Pastry Chef de Partie, you will play a key role in the daily operations of our pastry kitchen. Working closely with the Executive Chef, you will lead the preparation and production of exquisite desserts and pastry items, ensuring the highest standards of quality and presentation.

Job Responsibility:

  • Oversee the pastry section and support junior team members
  • Ensure smooth and efficient kitchen operations
  • Maintain compliance with Food Safety, HACCP, and COSHH standards
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to innovate and refine pastry offerings
  • Uphold Four Seasons’ commitment to excellence and guest satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Pastry Chef de Partie in a luxury or fine dining environment, ideally in a Michelin-starred kitchen
  • Strong knowledge of Food Safety, HACCP, and COSHH
  • Food Hygiene qualification (CIEH or equivalent)
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills
  • Proven ability to plan, organise, and lead effectively
  • All candidates must hold the Right to Work in the UK
