We’re now looking for a talented Chef de Partie – Biscuits to join our exceptional Kitchen Team and help craft the baked creations that define our legacy.
Job Responsibility:
Oversee all food production on your station, ensuring consistency and excellence
Prepare, bake, and finish biscuits, cookies, fillings and garnishes
Contribute to new ideas and products with the Head/Sous Chef
Conduct regular checks, audits, and temperature controls
Manage stock levels, order ingredients, and minimise wastage
Maintain strict hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards
Plan and organise daily production to ensure smooth operation
To be able to work in a team and uphold Fortnum's standards
Work collaboratively with Front of House teams
Comfortable working in an open kitchen – customer facing
Requirements:
Must have experience as a Chef de Partie in a busy kitchen that focused on pastries, bakery and chocolate
A passion for exceptional baking and craftsmanship
Strong organisational and communication skills
An enthusiasm to learn, grow, and develop within a heritage-rich environment
