As a Senior Pasta Chef, you will play a key role in leading the pasta section within our open kitchen environment. You will be responsible for ensuring every pasta dish meets our exacting standards for quality, consistency, and presentation while supporting the Head Chef in maintaining smooth and efficient kitchen operations.

Job Responsibility

  • Prepare, cook, and finish fresh pasta dishes to the highest standards
  • Lead and support the pasta section during busy service periods
  • Ensure consistency in taste, texture, presentation, and portion control
  • Train, mentor, and support junior chefs and kitchen team members
  • Maintain exceptional food hygiene, health, and safety standards
  • Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering and inventory management
  • Work closely with the Head Chef to deliver an outstanding guest experience
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of kitchen processes and service standards

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Pasta Chef within a high-volume restaurant environment
  • Strong knowledge of authentic Italian cuisine and fresh pasta production
  • Excellent leadership and team development skills
