This role is pure sales and business development, focusing on securing new job requisitions that are then passed on to our expert recruitment teams. As our Senior Partnership Specialist, you will be the key relationship builder across state, local, and federal government sectors. The position involves managing and nurturing existing relationships while proactively engaging in new business development, particularly targeting growth with smaller statutory authorities and local governments. This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of a warm desk with solid existing relationships and grow its historical value significantly.
