The Senior Partnerships Manager is responsible for owning and scaling high-impact partner relationships to drive revenue growth and market expansion. This role leads partner strategy and execution across defined segments or products, working cross-functionally to deliver sustained business impact through partner-led initiatives.
Job Responsibility:
Own and manage strategic partner relationships, leading co-marketing efforts and ensuring partners are enabled to successfully market Deel
Identify priority industries, partner profiles, and markets for expansion, and lead the development of new partnerships
Ideate, launch, and optimise co-marketing campaigns with clear performance goals
Scale, nurture, and optimise partnerships beyond launch, identifying new revenue opportunities
Own and manage partnerships' P&L, forecasting performance and optimising ROI
Act as a subject-matter expert for partnerships internally
Proactively identify inefficiencies, develop solutions independently, and document improvements to scale success
Lead adaptation across partner workstreams, create structure in ambiguity, and ensure continuity through change
Own complex partner relationships, resolve escalations, and recommend improvements based on partner insights
Drive complex partnership initiatives end-to-end, proactively managing risk and alignment
Lead stakeholder strategy for key partners and resolves misalignment constructively
Own planning for a portfolio of partnerships, incorporating trade-offs and scenario planning
Influence decisions using clear, data-backed communication and coach others on best practices
Align initiatives to shared goals, remove blockers, and ensure partnerships deliver visible business impact
Requirements:
Native or full professional proficiency in both English and French (written and verbal)
Strong copywriting and campaign execution experience
Thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives
3–5 years in partnerships, sales, or business development roles
Nice to have:
Fluency in Spanish is a plus
Experience in HR or Fintech, or at a fast-growing startup, is a plus
Experience working in a remote, distributed team is a plus
