If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you! As the Senior Partnerships Manager, you will play a pivotal role in expanding the membership base and increasing income from Partnerships. Your primary objective will be to develop and execute innovative sales strategies that drive new membership acquisition and boost partnership income. This hands-on role entails proactive outreach, leading campaigns, and consistently achieving sales targets.

Job Responsibility

  • Develop & Execute: Craft and implement sales activities to attract new Patron members and Partners, driving income growth
  • Build Relationships: Establish connections with potential members and partners through various channels: email, phone, social media, and events
  • Identify Prospects: Target and prospect key players to expand the membership base and partnership income
  • Craft Proposals: Create compelling proposals that highlight how our client can meet prospective needs
  • Sales Management: Conduct sales meetings, negotiate terms, and win new business
  • Onboarding Support: Assist in onboarding new members and nurture ongoing relationships
  • Financial Tracking: Manage invoices and track payments efficiently
  • Stay Informed: Maintain a strong understanding of Chamber activities and collaborate with various teams to leverage opportunities
  • CRM Management: Regularly update the CRM with pipeline information and track opportunities
  • Reporting: Prepare forecasts and reports on key performance indicators for senior management
  • Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed sales and income targets

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B sales with a track record of exceeding targets
  • Strong commercial awareness and effective negotiation skills
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Numerate with robust financial and commercial acumen
  • Confident networker skilled in relationship-building at all levels
  • Adaptable and creative in meeting stakeholder needs
  • Team player with the ability to work independently
  • Highly organised with excellent time management skills
