RevenueCat helps apps monetize across iOS, Android, web and beyond. Today 70k+ apps rely on RevenueCat to power their subscriptions and in-app purchases. A major driver of growth is our Agency and Reseller partners. We’re hiring a Partnerships Manager, Agencies & Resellers to own and scale this commercial partnerships motion.
Job Responsibility:
Owning and scaling the Agency Partner Program: Run RevenueCat’s Agency Partner Program end-to-end, evolving it into a structured, high-impact referral and co-selling channel
Managing and growing Reseller Partners: Own the relationships with a small number of regional partners who resell RevenueCat
Driving partner-sourced revenue and growth: Be accountable for key metrics across both channels
Building the foundations for scale: Build scalable workflows for recruiting, managing and reporting on partners
Requirements:
5+ years of experience building, running or scaling partnerships with agencies and/or resellers
Experience owning partner initiatives across recruitment, onboarding, enablement, incentives, engagement and measurement
Commercially oriented and motivated by outcomes like referrals, pipeline, sourced revenue, customer growth, and expansion
Strong communicator with non-technical partners
Independent and execution-focused
Nice to have:
Experience in the mobile app ecosystem and working with agencies of different sizes
Have worked in an early-stage tech company
Comfortable working as part of a fully remote team in an asynchronous environment using a lot of Notion, Slack, and Zoom
Experience with PartnerStack and Salesforce
Have a quirky side (optional, but welcome)
