Job Description

LearnUpon is looking for a Senior Partnerships Development Manager to join our team. This is a hybrid role, working 3 days per week from our Dublin or Salt Lake City office. LearnUpon LMS helps organizations train their employees, partners, and customers. Businesses can manage, track, and achieve their unique learning goals — all through a single, powerful solution. Our Strategic Partnerships team focuses on generating new revenue streams for LearnUpon by creating partnerships with organisations that add value to our ecosystem. We’re launching a new partnership motion to build and scale a channel with Solution and Service Partners. You’ll own the strategy, recruitment, enablement and revenue outcomes of this ecosystem play, leveraging LearnUpon’s various integrations, existing relationships and partner-friendly product positioning. This is a high-impact, strategic, yet hands-on role where you will collaborate across Sales, CX, Marketing, and Product to deliver measurable revenue growth and scalable partnerships.

Job Responsibility

  • Set the strategy & operating model for a Solutions and Services Partner channel: partner ICP, segmentation, tiering, incentives, and coverage model
  • Recruit and onboard Solution and Service partners to build a predictable partner-sourced and co-sell pipeline
  • Enable partners to win: create value playbooks around LearnUpon + Partner use cases (onboarding, customer education, CS/renewals), certifications/badges to target, solution packaging, pricing guardrails, and deal support
  • Co-sell and coach: join discovery calls, model consultative selling, and drive joint account plans, mirroring best practices used by LearnUpon & partner motions
  • Run joint GTM: co-marketing calendars, case studies, webinars, and marketplace presence with measurable MQL to revenue impact
  • Partner success & performance: establish KPIs (recruit > activate > co-sell > revenue > retention), quarterly business reviews, and dashboards
  • Cross-functional orchestration with Sales, CS, RevOps, Marketing, Product, and our Integrations team to remove friction and amplify wins
  • Voice of ecosystem: channel feedback into product roadmap and integration improvements
  • represent LearnUpon at partner events
  • Account mapping & pipeline growth: use account mapping to identify good fit partners and mutual opportunity to co-sell into Solution and Service Partner customer bases

Requirements

  • 5 - 8+ years in channel/alliances or ecosystem roles at a B2B SaaS company
  • evidence of launching or scaling an agency/solutions-partner channel
  • Hands-on ecosystem experience (e.g., recruiting/working with Solution and Service Partners)
  • Commercial: comfortable owning a number, building joint business plans, and co-selling with partners
  • Program builder: can design incentives, enablement, certification paths, and a partner lifecycle that scales
  • GTM storytelling around LearnUpon + partner value propositions for customer onboarding, product education, and retention
  • Strong stakeholder management and executive presence
  • data-driven with CRM/reporting rigor
  • Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset, able to design, test, and scale quickly

Nice to have

  • Prior work inside the HubSpot Solutions Partner ecosystem (agency, ISV, or HubSpot itself)
  • Experience launching MDF, partner incentives, and partner marketing plays in EMEA or North America

What we offer

  • Competitive salary and company ESOP
  • Comprehensive private health insurance scheme and Company pension scheme
  • 25 days annual leave + 1 annual company wellness day off
  • Work in a fun and supportive environment with regular team events
  • Excellent career progression
