We are looking for a Senior Operations Specialist to join our team to support our evolving Partner Program. You'll do this by driving Partner delight through best-in-class Partner operations and experiences. The focus of this role is mainly to manage the reporting needs, processes and practices to ensure efficient operations and to support Partner engagement across the organization. We are looking for an individual with a passion for innovation and experience driving efficiency and process adoption across internal and external stakeholders. The Operations Specialist role will be a pioneer in Blackbaud's pursuit to be partner-obsessed and platform-focused. This highly motivated individual will bring a disciplined approach to our operations while considering available resources, and Partner and stakeholder experiences.
Job Responsibility
Execute and optimize processes related to Blackbaud Partner Operations
Help the organization's processes remain legally compliant
Develop and optimize reporting to support program needs
Examine financial data and use insights to improve efficiency
Perform quality controls and monitor KPIs
Identify and recommend ways to optimize processes relating to Partner operations – including using AI/agents to accelerate productivity and outcomes
Hold regular cross functional calls to report on and drive progress on all project deliverables and programs
Assist with related special projects and other duties as needed.
Requirements
3+ years of technology operations experience
Proficient and advanced Excel experience
Proficient and advanced Salesforce knowledge and reporting
Fundamental AI literacy
Entrepreneurial mind set, self-starter style and ability to drive outcomes
Willingness to work in a dynamic environment – willingness to work virtually
Strong communication, critical thinking and interpersonal skills
Ability to identify and resolve roadblocks through strong collaboration and communication skills
Ability to establish and build close working relationships.
