Job Description

Atlassian is looking for a Senior Partner Solutions Architect, reporting to the International Head of Partner Solutions. This is a remote position. To help our teams work together effectively, this role requires you to be located in India. In this role, you will lead the development and implementation of tailored solutions that accelerate enterprise transformation with end customers, working closely with partners in the region to understand their customers' unique needs, design scalable architectures, and champion the adoption of AI-driven workflows and automation.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead Partner capability strategy, across the India market in collaboration with Global Cloud Leaders, Solution Strategists, Customer support, Partner & Alliances, and Sales to grow and accelerate AI-powered platform solutions
  • Lead India channel capability efforts focused on Enterprise cloud and AI market success
  • Collaborate with Atlassian Partners to create packaged implementation platform services, solutions, and GTM strategy
  • Conduct Enterprise cloud & AI capability, technical, and practice workshops with Partners
  • Partner with enterprise sales, to educate on partner capabilities and optimize the co-selling motion
  • Lead and collaborate across Atlassian, to build and deliver a coordinated capability model
  • Focus on and lead cloud thought leadership programs

Requirements

  • Experienced in product, consulting, and sales for digital transformation across different markets
  • Strong business acumen with consultative selling skills
  • Proven success in building effective internal and external partnerships
  • In-depth understanding of SaaS platform benefits and underlying technologies
  • Broad knowledge of cloud and AI technologies, with the ability to dive deep when needed
  • Collaborative experience working with partners/GSIs
  • Willingness to become an Atlassian product subject matter expert
