Job Description:

Atlassian is looking for a Senior Partner Solutions Architect, DACH region, with a focus on cloud migration and adoption in enterprise settings. The role involves collaborating with partners, driving cloud transformation strategies for the DACH market, and ensuring effective technical guidance and support for migrations. Candidates need deep experience in product, consulting, and sales in digital transformation and cloud migration.

Job Responsibility:

Lead partner capability strategy across the DACH market in collaboration with global cloud leaders, solution strategists, customer support, channel, and sales
lead DACH channel capability efforts focused on cloud migration market success
collaborate with Atlassian partners to create packaged implementation cloud migration services, solutions, and GTM strategy
conduct cloud migration capability, technical, and practice workshops with partners
assess channel coverage, partner capacity, and recruitment requirements for cloud migrations across various partnership models
partner with enterprise sales to educate on partner capabilities and optimize the co-selling motion
lead and collaborate across Atlassian to build and deliver a coordinated capability model
focus on and lead cloud migrations and thought leadership programs

Requirements:

Full fluency in German
deep experience in product, consulting, and sales within digital transformation and cloud migration across the DACH market
excellent business insight and understanding how to position and sell value through consultative techniques
a background in matrix organizations with internal/external bridge-building and partnering as an essential quality
comprehensive grasp of the benefits that SaaS platforms offer to customers
experience migrating applications into the public cloud according to customers' security and networking requirements
previous exposure and collaboration with partners
