Atlassian is looking for a Senior Partner Solutions Architect to play a pivotal role in driving our Partner Solutions strategy, capabilities, practice development, and channel growth. This is a unique opportunity to help shape the future of Atlassian’s Partner ecosystem at scale.

Job Responsibility:

Become an Atlassian Solutions Expert
Lead Global Practice Development with Solution Partners & SIs
Develop Strategic Solution Plans
Drive Business-Centric Solution Activation Plans
Collaborate on Deal Acceleration & Solution Design
Provide Strategic Leadership
Deliver Enablement and Thought Leadership
Lead Solution Workshops
Champion Thought Leadership

Requirements:

Deep experience in product, consulting, and sales
Strong understanding of Cloud Native Platforms and Migrations
Familiarity with the Atlassian Platform
Proven success in Matrix Organizations
Expertise in Solution Design & Pre-Sales
Experience with Partners
Consultative Selling & Business Insight
Effective Communication Skills
Continuous Learning
Accountability & Results-Driven
