Job Responsibility:
Strategic Partnership Development (PSE Core Focus)
Develop comprehensive long term partner strategies and growth plans
Advise executives on marketing strategy, digital transformation, and competitive positioning
Expand networks across internal and external decisionmakers, influencing at the highest levels
Use internal tools and systems for strategic planning, forecasts, and Up To Date business plans
Account Planning / Management
Understands partner's business model and marketing strategies
Expands a strategic network of key partners and decision makers
Supports Partner Account Manager and internal team for timely escalations and resolutions
Sales Focus
Positions as a thought leader and trusted advisor to executive-level decision makers
Uses tools to inform and prioritize upsells and optimizations
Develops compelling presentations and business plans for clients
Proactively develops strategies for upselling and new client acquisitions
Drives revenue and client satisfaction long-term growth strategies
Engages partners to articulate the value of Microsoft's strategy and products
Client Engagement
Develops a comprehensive understanding of clients' business needs and competitive market trends
Owns and elevates partner engagement strategy to foster trust and brand growth

Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering or related field AND 10+ years partner management, sales, business development, platform ecosystem/network, or partner channel development in the technology industry OR 12+ years partner management, sales, business development, platform ecosystem/network, or partner channel development in the technology industry OR equivalent experience
7+ years experience with planning, budgeting, and other project management activities
Nice to have:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering or related field AND 14+ years partner management, sales, business development, platform ecosystem/network, or partner channel development in the technology industry OR 16+ years partner management, sales, business development, platform ecosystem/network, or partner channel development in the technology industry OR equivalent experience
