Based at Nike's European Headquarters (EHQ) in Hilversum, you will join the Nike Sportswear Sales team. Nike is looking for a Senior Partner Representative to drive the development of Premium Department Stores in France, with a razor-sharp focus on Nike Sportswear & Women’s.
Job Responsibility:
Drive the end-to-end business and relationship with premium partners, ensuring the best presentation of Nike stories (Digital & B&M)
Develop assortments based on merchandising frameworks, optimize in-season trading, and manage replenishment to maximize results
Create brand heat through partner relationships, product launches, and community activations in the premium retail space
Build a premium consumer journey by scaling online-to-offline strategies and obsessing over the product launch journey
Contribute to net revenue growth by managing forecasts, scenario plans, and complex partnerships independently
Maintain a consistent presence in the market through retail visits, staff training, and competitor analysis
Requirements:
Solid background in commercial account management acquired across Sales, Buying, Merchandising, or Business Planning
Deep understanding of the Fashion and Sports industries
Proven ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders
A track record of making data-focused and fact-based retail and financial decisions
Strong understanding of omnichannel retail relevant to the premium segment
