Job Description:

Senior Partner Project Manager role at Fever, the world's leading tech platform for culture and live entertainment. Responsible for managing the entire life cycle of big events and serving as the main point of contact between stakeholders.

Job Responsibility:

  • Responsible for entire life cycle management of big events from commercial contract signing to final closing
  • Main point of contact between all stakeholders from event organizer to internal teams
  • Overall owner of the whole process while working as part of a team
  • Making things happen in time and form by managing other departments tasks
  • Communicate product needs and process needs to HQ
  • Work with product/engineering to deliver on requirements
  • Create and maintain exhaustive Q&A for user support team
  • Ensure all requirements have necessary documentation
  • On-site presence required during launch or important dates depending on the event

Requirements:

  • 4+ years in a project management role or consulting background
  • Bilingual English speaker
  • Strong analytical, relationship management, and organisational skills
  • Solution-focused with ability to identify problems and create resolution plans
  • Strong communication skills and proven track record of building positive working relationships
  • Highly organized and efficient
  • Curious and keen to push boundaries and try new concepts
  • Able to communicate with events partners, brands, agencies, and talent
  • Ability to think strategically when faced with events partnership briefs
  • Able to handle large amounts of work and parallel work-streams
  • Collaborative and willing to get hands dirty
  • Knowledge of promotional tools such as Facebook and Instagram is a plus
  • Strong academic background is a plus
