Job Description:

Fever is looking for a Senior Partner Project Manager to help democratize access to culture and entertainment. The role involves managing the entire life cycle of big events, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring the successful execution of projects. The ideal candidate will have a project management background, be fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibility:

responsible for the entire life cycle management of big events
main point of contact between all the stakeholders
making things happen in time and form by managing other departments tasks
communicate product needs and process needs to HQ
create and maintained exhaustive Q&A
make sure that all the requirements needed to achieve the project goals have all the necessary documentation
presence on site might be required during the launch or other important dates

Requirements:

degree qualified with a project management background
4+ years in a project management role or consulting background
fluent English, Spanish and Portuguese
strong analytical, relationship management, and organisational skills
strong communication skills
highly organized and efficient
curious and keen to push boundaries and try new concepts
able to communicate with events partners, brands, agencies, and talent on efforts
ability to think strategically
able to handle large amounts of work and parallel work-streams
collaborative and willing to get hands dirty and work on all required events tasks

Nice to have:

event experience
knowledge of promotional tools such as Facebook and Instagram
strong academic background
