Senior Partner Project Lead role in Partner Management at Fever, the world’s leading tech platform for culture and live entertainment. The role involves managing major sports partners, overseeing event lifecycles, building strategic relationships, driving performance through data, and growing into a team leadership position.
Job Responsibility:
Manage Fever’s biggest partners and their events/projects across the sports industry
Oversee the entire lifecycle of each partner event and projects, coordinating with cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, Marketing, Operations, Legal, Finance)
Forge strong, strategic relationships with partners by understanding their unique needs and objectives
Drive partner performance by establishing KPIs, implementing data-driven strategies for continuous growth
Gather feedback from partners on Fever’s products and services, translating insights into actionable recommendations
Grow into a team manager role by providing leadership and mentorship to Project Managers
Get a 360 degree knowledge of all Fever teams and processes
Requirements:
5+ years in project management or management consulting
Experience and / or interest in the sports industry
Fluent in English
Strong stakeholder management skills
Strong communication skills and a proven track record of building positive working relationships
Analytical, organized & solutions oriented
Ability to handle large amounts of work in parallel work-streams
Curious and keen to push boundaries and try new concepts
Thrives for excellence within your own work and of others
Ability to think strategically when faced with key challenges with our partnerships and when leveraging our proprietary data
Collaborative and willing to get hands dirty
MBA highly valued
