We are seeking a high-caliber Senior Partner Marketing Manager to lead, develop, and execute joint marketing programs across Australia and New Zealand (ANZ). Sitting at the intersection of strategy and execution, you will collaborate closely with our most strategic technology partners (ISVs, SIs, and consulting partners) to build brand awareness and drive pipeline growth. This is an L6-equivalent, fast-paced contract role where you will act as a critical bridge between internal cross-functional teams and external partner executives.
Job Responsibility
Co-develop and execute high-impact partner marketing programs and joint demand-generation campaigns
Oversee end-to-end co-marketing initiatives, including major virtual/in-person events, sponsorships, and industry symposiums
Support flagship partner events and executive engagement initiatives (such as Partner Days and CMO-level programs)
Coordinate seamlessly with partner alliance leads, field marketing, and sales teams to accelerate pipeline attribution
Manage Market Development Funds (MDF), evaluate partner investment cases, and rigorously report on campaign ROI and performance metrics
Requirements
5 to 8+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally with a heavy focus on cloud/tech infrastructure, channel marketing, or partner marketing ecosystems (working with ISVs, SIs, or GSIs)
Strong expertise in B2B demand generation, Account-Based Marketing (ABM), event marketing, and co-marketing frameworks
Direct experience managing marketing budgets, vendor relationships, and tracking MDF metrics
Exceptional project management skills and the ability to drive multiple high-stakes initiatives simultaneously
Bachelor Degree in Marketing
