As a Senior Partner Manager at Yotpo, you will own and grow a defined book of named agency partners. This role is focused on strategic relationship ownership, revenue expansion, and tier progression. You will act as the primary point of contact (POC) for your partners, developing joint business plans, driving partner-sourced revenue, and ensuring long-term engagement and retention. The Senior Partner Manager is accountable for measurable ecosystem impact and serves as a strategic extension of Sales, Marketing, and Product teams. This is a revenue-responsible, relationship-first role requiring strong commercial acumen and executive-level partner engagement.
Job Responsibility:
Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of named agency partners
Build and maintain multi-threaded relationships across partner leadership, sales, and delivery teams
Develop and execute joint business plans to support shared clients and new opportunities to support the partner program
Drive accountability around referral targets, product adoption, and partner engagement metrics
Create and promote community-wide enablement/marketing initiatives to further educate partners on the value creation that comes from Yotpo and showcase innovative product offerings
Act as the voice of your partners internally, sharing feedback and garnering support cross-functionally from Ops, Product, Marketing, and Revenue teams
Represent Yotpo at strategic partner meetings and select industry events
Requirements:
3–5 years of experience in partnerships, account management, sales, customer success, or agency management
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Data-driven mindset with comfort reviewing performance metrics
Eagerness to grow into a more strategic partnerships role over time
