The Partner Enablement Readiness Manager acts as a strategic consultant to the business, responsible for developing and executing enablement strategies that empower our partner ecosystem. This role identifies, prioritizes, and delivers targeted learning solutions that enable partners to confidently sell our solutions and drive mutual growth. By building strong relationships and leveraging deep partner acumen, the Partner Enablement Readiness Manager translates business priorities into impactful and measurable enablement programs. Success in this role is measured by the ability to equip partners with the knowledge, skills, and resources needed to drive productivity, accelerate revenue, and strengthen customer outcomes. The Partner Enablement Readiness Manager ensures that enablement programs are widely adopted, scalable, and recognized as key drivers of partner and business growth. This position will report to the Head of Field Readiness and is an individual contributor role.
Job Responsibility:

Ensure enablement programs are widely adopted, scalable, and recognized as key drivers of partner and business growth
Requirements:
Build and maintain a multi-quarter enablement strategy
Develop strong, consultative relationships with stakeholders
Drive alignment among stakeholders with differing priorities
Conduct regular needs analyses
Design enablement programs that are multi-modal
Leverage change management tactics and champion networks
Qualify incoming partner enablement requests
Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)
Establish clear success metrics
Create detailed project plans for all enablement activities
